1. Order Processing & Shipping
Every order is carefully checked, packed and prepared for dispatch with love and attention to detail.
Order processing: Orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 business days of confirmation. Handcrafted or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated to you wherever applicable.
Delivery timelines: Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.
Shipping updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details, wherever available, to help you follow its journey.
Shipping delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will be happy to assist you with tracking your order.

2. Our Exchange Policy
At 22.2 Accessories, we create limited-edition pieces in small quantities, often involving intricate handwork which takes time. Because of their unique nature and limited availability, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind, personal preference or incorrect selection.
However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. We are happy to offer an exchange in eligible cases, subject to the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
The item must not have been altered, repaired, washed or otherwise tampered with.
Exchanges are subject to availability. As our collections are limited edition, the exact same design may not always be available.
Any price difference for an exchange, along with applicable shipping charges, will be communicated to you before the exchange is confirmed.
To request an exchange, please email us at studioduberich@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Your trust matters to us. Every order is packed with care, and before we ship we share the pic and video of your particular order, but we understand that damage or an incorrect item can occasionally occur during transit or fulfillment.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
To help us assess the issue, please share:
Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.
A short, unedited video showing the item and its condition upon opening, where possible.
Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.
Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
Once we review the details, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. Depending on the issue and product availability, this may be an exchange, replacement or another suitable remedy. If the original design is no longer available, we will discuss the available options with you.
For verified transit damage, defects or incorrect items, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue. You will not be asked to bear return shipping costs for an issue attributable to us or our delivery partner.
We understand that 24 hours is a short window, so if you experience an exceptional circumstance that prevents you from reporting the issue within this period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your concern with care.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
To maintain the quality and integrity of our handcrafted collections, exchanges cannot ordinarily be accepted for:
Products that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery or altered.
Items damaged due to improper handling, storage or care after delivery.
Requests made outside the applicable exchange window, except where an exception is agreed or required by law.
Products returned without prior approval or missing their original packaging and tags.
These conditions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Limited-Edition & Handcrafted Pieces
Each 22.2 Accessories creation celebrates the beauty of Indian craftsmanship. Small variations in colour, print placement, texture, brushwork or finish may occur as a natural result of the handmade process. These subtle differences are part of the character of handcrafted products and are not necessarily defects. Every product is designed and made in-house so expect it to feel like hand made and not Ai made .
We make every effort to represent our products accurately through photographs and descriptions. As screens and lighting conditions vary, slight differences in displayed colours may occur.
